HLOVATE.

Currently im becoming a HLOVATE fan now. Heh som would go “what a typical malay girl that read malay novel”.. I dun even care. There might be a reason why this novelist ever had in my list. So the story goes like this, (no worries i’ll try to make it simple).

Start by reading Tunas then you can read aA+bB.. Mostly these kinda teenage stuff around 17-22 i guess lol. Anyway this story goes:

She’s Addin. She is exstreamly the kid with the brain and love making her own rules and very creative in one word she is the troublemaker. She has a group, namedly GreaTroublemaker_i. They love to do crazy stuff and i must say FUN stuff like, blacked out the whole school so that they can used the library to finish their hw, had this spoiled rich girl left with misery, they even sneaked out to shower at the lab using distilled water as the hostel having water issue. Hlovate explained in details and even given u a map of the school. Instead of doing so, who would ever believe that Addin is the Head Girl of the Tunas College? Her group friends are a prefect and even one of the Student Council? What about the Head Boy, Kucai or also known as Addi and his friend? Also the prefect and the Student Council? Eve, the spoiled girl, did something that the head boy and head girl are caught together but they are released. How? huh you need to find out. :P Then there came Benz, another troublemaker as she is but they are commonly known as the repelled. This will be explain in Fisha’s Physic Theory (her roomate and classmate).

Addin and friends enter Tunas College when they were 16 and the next year they’re 17 and about to sit fr SPM. As the student, they will be the first to be informed about any other students that are trying to obey the rules, making rules for themselves. Magnificent Seven : The Lagend enter as their junior. These are one of the most interesting novel I would say that it is not any lovey dovey kinda novel because the novelist hold to write them in the simple form (bahasa pasar : malay + english).

After finish reading Tunas and you would probably eagerly to buy the next novel aA+bB.. which means?? hahah you better find out it yourself.. I guaranteed that you all will have at some point become different in the way you’re thinking right now because we’re exposed about something new and fresh. What you would called that ‘anjakan paradigma’. :P Another style by Hlovate, he or she would introduced us with songs. As far as my concerned all the books written by Hlovate have the main character with music addict. Pretty fun.

Anyway the first book I read was The Rooftop Rant. It was the blast and the moment where i found out that Hlovate is the fresh writer and not the typical malay writer. Its fresh and the story based on a teenage life., the second one is Tunas and now is aA+bB (my friend gave it to me : Tunas - thanks FER). Last Sunday, i bought the aA+bB plus 5 Tahun 5 Bulan. Akmal read it before but i never interested in such novel before until the Rooftop Rant where it is situated around Bangsar? hahaha Akmal also said in 5 tahun 5 bulan also there’s a part around Bangsar. :D Well i’m gonna find it out.

Anyway, i think that is it. I strongly recommended to anyone who out there searching for something new maybe for full fill their time, then this book it is. :)
